Perfect for beginners starting from zero and for those continuing from our January series, we’ll pick up where we left off to explore more foundational footwork and concepts; we will learn and refine the essential movements that form the foundation of Brazilian Zouk. This friendly and beginner-focused class will help you deepen your technique, connection, and confidence while reinforcing the fundamentals of the dance. Whether you’re brand new or looking to solidify your basics, this course is the perfect next step!

Brazilian Zouk Flow – Body & Head Movement | 8:00pm

Level: Intermediate+

Step up your Zouk game and move with confidence! At this level we will be focusing on more elaborate body movement and exploring head movement. We will continue to build coordination and fluidity in the dance by incorporating body awareness and more advanced techniques on top of our footwork. If you took the Head Movement Bootcamp, you’ll see those techniques in action!

Prerequisite: This class requires prior Brazilian zouk training and a solid understanding and execution of all foundational stepping patterns.
