Iago & Ninna

Iago & Ninna, both from Vitória-ES, Brazil, are Brazilian Zouk instructors, dancers, DJs, and event organizers. They are the minds behind the IN Zouk Festival in Vitória-ES and the Portugal Brazilian Zouk Festival in Lisbon-PT. As official Jack and Jill judges for the Brazilian Zouk Dance Council (BZDC), they also compete in the Zouk community.

Iago started dancing at 14 in 2011 and began teaching by 2013, while Ninna started her dance journey in 2015 and became a teacher in 2018. They have trained with renowned professionals such as Jaime Arôxa, Bruno Galhardo, and Val & Vanessa, continuously refining their dance and teaching skills.

In 2022, Iago & Ninna solidified their partnership and have since been teaching Brazilian Zouk worldwide through workshops and congresses, traveling to 16 countries and appearing at major events across Europe, the United States, and Brazil. They are also part of Val & Vanessa’s “Zouk Needs You” (ZNY) team, dedicated to enhancing dance techniques and training in Brazilian Zouk.
